Sunway Animangaki 2009 Day 2

Here is the continuation of my post for Animangaki at Sunway Univerisity College. This will cover Day 2 which was on Sunday.Here are the pictures and stuff that happened on that day.
One of the emcees wearing a traditional yukata. They had the lucky draw thing going on too on the second day.

This one looks pretty cool.
There were more Gundam model kits on display I think on Day 2. Don't know the names to all of them but they do look pretty cool. Makes me feel of starting the hobby of building model kits but I'll probably be too busy to ever complete assembling them lol.

The finals for the singing competition was held on the second day. Some of the contestants in the pictures here.
Moving on, we have the finals for the group cosplay and there were 3 teams. This one is the Final Fantasy VII Advent Children group and you can see them posing for the camera. As usual, the cosplayers are supposed to pose and act out a short skit.

Some of the "judges" giving out not so serious comments. These weren't the judges for the group cosplay competition though. Haha. It was for judging the character impersonation where they had volunteers from the crowd.
Random person from the crowd who volunteered up the stage for some character impersonation thing since nobody claimed the lucky draw prize when the number was announced ^^; . Nice Vampire Knight cosplay though.
The winners for the group cosplay competition - FFVII AC group. And this was their reaction when they won.
Weib Schwarz trading card game.
There was a workshop going on for people who are new to the card game. Basically, its a trading card game from Japan and contains cards with characters from anime and what not.
Next up, pictars of cosplayers xD
Cardcaptor Sakura cosplay.
Okay.... this one is rather disturbing ^^; Not sure whether the guy on the left is cross-dressing or not but he looks like he's wearing a skirt of some sort.
Nice Tifa cosplayer. The resemblance is there ^^

The last event scheduled for the day were the performances by a few bands. Unfortunately, I can't remember the names of any of them ^^;

There was a third band but they were really noisy and shouting the whole time. Don't even know what the heck are they singing. Didn't bother to go up front to the stage area to take their pics. My ears were like bleeding at that time >.<

That concludes my coverage for Animangaki. The turnout was around average I guess on that day. The hall wasn't really jammed pack with people but that might just be because the MPH is quite big are there's a lot of room to move about.
I wanted to get a cute Miku badge from one of the doujin stalls but too bad it was already out of stock. Didn't get anything else from the booths there.
